Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting forms, or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Services Offered

We provide professional pest control services including cockroach control, rodent removal, bed bug treatment, ant control, wasp removal, mosquito control, and general fumigation across Alicante and the Costa Blanca region.

All services are performed by qualified technicians using industry-standard methods and approved pesticides.

Quotations & Agreements

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days from issue. Quotations are non-binding estimates and may change based on on-site assessment of the infestation severity. Once you accept a quotation and schedule service, a binding service agreement is formed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. For monthly contracts, payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

A deposit may be required for large commercial projects.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

Rescheduling is available at no charge if requested with 48 hours notice.

Service Guarantee & Follow-Up Treatments

We guarantee that pest control treatments are performed professionally using approved methods. If pest activity recurs within 30 days of treatment (except for reinfestation from outside sources), we will provide follow-up treatment at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies only to single-service treatments. Monthly contract services include regular monitoring and retreatment as needed.

Pre-Treatment Responsibilities

The client must:

• Provide clear access to all areas requiring treatment
• Remove or protect food, medications, and pet food as instructed
• Vacate the property if fumigation is performed (12-48 hours as required)
• Follow all pre-treatment preparation instructions provided
• Ensure household members and pets are informed of treatment procedures

Post-Treatment Care

Clients must follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians. This includes:

• Not removing dead insects or droppings immediately after treatment
• Keeping windows and doors closed as instructed
• Avoiding disturbance of treated areas
• Notifying us of any adverse reactions

Monthly Contracts

Monthly pest control contracts include:

• Regular inspection and monitoring visits
• Treatment of identified pest activity
• Prevention recommendations
• Documentation and audit reports (commercial)

Minimum contract term is typically 3 months. Early termination may incur penalties equal to remaining contract value. Month-to-month renewal is available after initial term.

Limitation of Liability

Alicante Pest Control is not responsible for:

• Damage to personal property during treatment (unless caused by our negligence)
• Pet illness or reactions to treatments (if pre-treatment instructions were followed)
• Pest reinfestation from external sources after treatment period
• Failure to notify us of changes in property conditions
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We do not accept liability for loss of business, revenue, or reputation.

Safety & Health

All treatments use approved pesticides and methods complying with Spanish and EU regulations. We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Clients should report any health concerns or allergic reactions immediately to +34 625 723 331.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately at +34 625 723 331 or newleadsfogoff@gmail.com. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Disputes shall be governed by Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the courts in Alicante, Spain.
